Move Mate’s heavy-duty reusable moving crates help businesses manage high-volume office moves more efficiently while reducing downtime and relocation stress.

    Ideal for corporate headquarters, large office spaces, education facilities and multi-department relocations, this package provides a scalable moving system that keeps equipment, files, technology and office supplies organised from start to finish.

    Unlike traditional cardboard boxes, Move Mate crates arrive fully assembled, stack securely and are built for demanding commercial environments. The reusable crate system allows teams to pack faster, label more effectively and move entire workspaces with greater consistency and less disruption.

    We deliver and collect from all around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Ipswich.

    Fees are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

    We'll deliver your order anytime between the day of your booking and 5 days earlier. Same for collection (collect the day after your final hire date or up to 5 days following)

          We've carefully designed each of our packages to reflect the most common scenarios. If you’re unsure or think you might have more items to pack, you can easily add additional crates or upgrade your package.

          No. All crates arrive fully assembled and ready to use. No tape, no setup — just pack and go.

          We deliver your crates before your move and collect them once you’re done unpacking. Simply select your dates during checkout and we’ll handle the rest!

          No problem. You can extend your hire period at a reduced weekly rate. Just let us know.
