That is why Move Mate offers three partnership models instead of forcing every removalist into the same program.

  • Refer & Earn: introduce the customer and receive commission while Move Mate manages the service.
  • Trade Packing Program: book crates at an exclusive trade price, include them in your packing quote and set your own margin (job by job basis).
  • Dedicated Crate Fleet: secure a fixed inventory allocation for ongoing use across customer jobs (monthly fee).

Three ways to partner with Move Mate

Option 1 - Refer & Earn

Best for: removalists wanting the lowest-effort option, particularly when customers plan to pack and unpack themselves.

Introduce the customer to Move Mate using your unique partner code or link. We manage the enquiry, package recommendation, booking, payment, delivery, collection and customer support.

Your business receives 10% commission, capped at $50 per eligible completed booking.

What you control: when and how you introduce Move Mate to the customer.

What Move Mate controls: the crate-hire relationship and fulfilment from end to end.

Your commitment: no partner fee, minimum referral requirement or long-term commitment.

Referral commission and trade pricing cannot be used together on the same booking. Commission terms and eligibility requirements apply.

Option 2 - Trade Packing Program

Recommended for: removalists that already provide packing services and want to include heavy-duty crates and corrugated kitchenware boxes within their own quote.

Book Move Mate crates and supplies at an exclusive trade price. Include it in your packing quote, keep control of the customer relationship and set your own margin.

This model allows your business to present the crates as part of a more complete packing and moving service, while Move Mate supplies and supports the equipment on a job-by-job basis.

What you control: the customer relationship, your packing quote and the margin you charge.

What Move Mate controls: agreed equipment supply, delivery or collection arrangements, cleaning, maintenance and operational support.

Your commitment: no long-term commitment is required to test a per-job trade booking.

Trade pricing is provided directly to approved partners. Referral commission does not apply to a booking supplied at a trade price.

Option 3 - Dedicated Crate Fleet

Best for: removalists with consistent packing demand that want equipment readily available across multiple customer jobs.

Hire a fixed inventory allocation for a monthly fee and circulate it across customer jobs. The fleet size, equipment mix, operating process and monthly price are quoted to suit your expected volume and requirements.

This model gives your business greater availability and operational control without requiring it to purchase an entire crate fleet outright.

What you control: how the allocated equipment is scheduled and used across customer jobs, subject to the agreed fleet terms.

What Move Mate supports: equipment allocation, maintenance arrangements and clear extension, loss and damage processes.

Your commitment: a dedicated fleet is quoted separately to reflect volume, equipment and operational requirements.

  • Cleaning and maintenance: returned equipment is prepared for its next use.
  • Operational support: clear booking, extension, loss and damage processes.
  • Package guidance: help selecting a suitable standard package for a customer or packing job.
  • Scalable supply: the ability to begin per job and discuss a dedicated allocation when volume is proven.

For Refer & Earn customers, Move Mate also manages the crate-hire enquiry, booking, payment and customer communication directly.
